About Us

El Agave is a 22-year-old restaurant in business. Jose "Lenny" Garcia took over his family's Mexican restaurant, located in Wenatchee, WA and expanded into Ephrata, WA and Sandy, UT. Lenny grew up in the industry, working in his father's restaurants since he was five years old. In addition to having studied with a chef in Guadalajara for six months in 2005, Lenny relied on family recipes that appear at El Agave, along with traditional local ones. Lenny tells us; "Our customers' tastes have changed over the years, so we are offering what they have asked for - fresh dishes, good food, and in a lively and fun place."
